The absence of interest among pupils is one of the most difficult concerns in the educational system. Using a survey given to students, this essay looks at the factors that affect their academic motivation. Data suggest that students with clear future goals and personal and professional ambitions show remarkable drive. In contrast, vital indicators linked to the learning environment are classroom environment and teaching methods. The findings reveal that the development of student motivation is much affected by the school environment, the quality of classroom interactions, and teaching strategies. Finally, the study stresses the necessity of applying active, interesting, and learner-centered teaching approaches to promote academic achievement and participation.
